An accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience, Andi Rugg is a collaborative leader adept at bringing people together to solve complex problems. Her experiences include developing and executing innovative strategies by building trusted relationships, global experience in leading and motivating people, and brining new programs and products to market.

Andi is intentional in her approach and principled in her actions. Her firm supports executive teams with strategic and operational initiatives, executive leadership coaching, and filling interim executive roles.

As Executive Director of Skillful Colorado, Andi and her team helped the labor market realize there are many roads to success and that a person’s skills and competencies should determine whether they are a good fit for a job. While at American Express, Andi honed many leadership skills, and learned to execute on strategy and how to empower her team.

Andi learned the fundamentals of business, the prerequisites for innovations, and the importance of having a diversity of perspectives while getting her MBA at MIT Sloan School of Management.
